Single vineyard estate Cabernet Franc was aged 18-months in French oak and an additional years in bottle before release.
Showing its maturity sweet grilled red bell peppers and briary berry aromas co-mingle with chocolate, prune, molasses and soy sauce. It has a generous weight and supple texture, with pipe tobacco and ash, brown spices and dried plum. It's a potent wine with notable extraction and an espresso flavoured finish.
